Illuminating the inspiring journey towards a developed and empowered Bharat the IEC Van of Viksit Bharat SankalpYatra (VBSY) today campaigned in various parts of Assam including Kokrajhar and two more locations in Guwahati with the aim to reach out to the population to saturate the Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
The yatra today witnessed enthusiastic and vibrant participation of local people. People thronged the venue and enthusiastically participated in various activities organized for their benefit. As part of the event, various departments set up stalls at the venue providing on spot services and awareness to the people.
In GuwahatiVBSY activities were carried out at Nehru Stadium and JorPukhuri. Rajya Sabha MP Shri Pabitra Margherita visited the VBSY location at Nehru Stadium and inspired the beneficiaries to avail the benefits of all government schemes.

In Kokrajhar the VBSY programme was held at Fakiragram Higher Secondary School where people participated in various events including pledge taking, cultural programmes, awareness camps, health camps etc.

The Yatra continues witnessing successful engagement with local communities, spreading awareness and empowering individuals with knowledge about various social welfare and development programs. The campaign is showcasing the positive impact of the government flagship schemes, including the Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Awas Yojana etc.
