Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) leader Akhil Gogoi’s mother Priyada Gogoi is seriously ill. She has been suffering from high fever and dizziness since Tuesday morning. Family members have also reported that she has vomited several times since morning.
She was bedridden for several days, her health deteriorated since Tuesday morning, and was admitted to Jorhat Medical College.
The sick mother has been repeatedly wailing to see the face of her son, Akhil Gogoi.
Before boarding the ambulance, she cried, “I will not live long. I want to see his face for the last time.”
It is to be noted that the KMSS leader is in Guwahati Central Jail since December 2019.
