In a major reshuffle of Modi cabinet, a total of 43 leaders will be sworn in as Union Minister on Wednesday.
Since assuming charge for the second time, this is the first major reshuffle in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s council.
Sarbananda Sonowal, Kiren Rijiju, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Anurag Thakur, Hardeep Singh Puri are among the 43 leaders who will be sworn in as Union Ministers.
Meanwhile , ahead of the rejig, several minister resigned from their posts.
This includes Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, Sadananda Gowda and Ramesh Pokhriyal.
