Despite the Covid-19 situation, Many students of the Higher Secondary Betterment and Reappear exams gathered in front of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council office on Tuesday, demanding a uniform formula for their evaluation.
Presently, betterment and reappear students are marked based on the division they achieved in their previous class 12 exam(s). Fearing a status quo in their betterment grades, the students assembled in their numbers to urge the council to develop a “Uniform Evaluation Formula” which could truly reflect betterments in the grades.
Notably, this exam is to be conducted by Education Department for improvement of grades among dissatisfied students.
