Finance Minister Ajanta Neog submitted the budget for 2022-23 at 3 pm on Wednesday. It may be recalled that the first full budget of the Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma government was submitted by the Finance Minister at 3 pm.
This budget is likely to give more importance to health, education, beneficiary schemes. Everyone is now optimistic about this budget.
In the budget so far, the Finance Minister has given some information on cancer hospitals. It also revealed that seven cancer hospitals will be set up. It will also be released that medical colleges will be set up in different districts of Assam.
