Popular Actor Salman Khan has approached the Bombay Excessive Courtroom challenging a plea against him for his alleged misbehaviour with a journalist in 2019.
Khan has been asked to appear on April 5 in the 2019 case, filed by journalist Ashok Pandey. Khan has been charged under the IPC sections 504 and 506 in the 2019 case filed by journalist Ashok Pandey.
The incident took place when Salman Khan snatched a journalist Ashok Pandey’s phone where as biking on a Mumbai avenue when some media persons had been clicking his pictures. The actor had not only enteres into an argument but also threatened him.
Salman Khan’s plea can be heard by a single bench of Justice Revati Mohite Dere.
A civil courtroom had final month issued course of (summons) to Salman Khan with his bodyguard Nawaz Shaikh directed them to look earlier than it on April 5.
