Guwahati Cultural Group, working for children and women from different parts of Assam, distributed flood relief to the people in Salmari village. Salmari village is the worst flood-affected area in the Morigaon district.
The Guwahati Cultural Group leader, Tulika Bhuyan Barua, acting president Konkana Saharia, and founder secretary Rumi Bhuyan Dutta distributed food items to the flood-affected people of Salmari village.
In addition, the team also offered various suggestions on the sufferings of the flood-affected people and precautions to be taken after floods, agriculture, work, and disease scarcity.
