Oil marketing companies (OMCs) have reduced the price of 19-kg commercial LPG cylinders across metros, starting today, October 1. According to the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) website, commercial LPG cylinder prices have been reduced to Rs 37.50 per unit.
With the most recent price increase, a 19 kilogramme commercial LPG cylinder will cost Rs 1,859 rather than Rs 1,885 in Delhi. A 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder will cost Rs 1,959 rather than Rs 1,995.50 in Kolkata, Rs 1,811.50 in Mumbai, and Rs 2,009.50 in Chennai.
It should be noted that domestic cooking gas costs remain unchanged. On July 6, the price of a 14.2-kg household cylinder was raised by Rs 50 per cylinder. The current price of one cylinder in the national capital is Rs 1053 per cylinder.
