Chairman of Reliance, Mukesh Ambani has hinted at entrusting the responsibility of leadership to the new generation. Mukesh Ambani expressed this in his speech on Reliance Family Day. In the context of his speech, he urged the senior leaders of Reliance that they should now hand over the responsibility to the more qualified, loyal, and talented young leaders of Reliance.
“Achieving big dreams and impossible-looking goals is all about getting the right people and the right leadership. Reliance is now in the process of effecting a momentous leadership transition… from seniors belonging to my generation to the next generation of young leaders,” he said.
“We should see the way to encourage them, make them strong and able… And from a distance, I will appreciate their work done better than us. In Reliance, we have to build an organizational culture which will also transcend its leadership,” said Mukesh Ambani.
Expressing confidence and faith in their three children, Akash, Isha, and Anant Ambani, Mukesh Ambani said that with their dedication and determination they will take Reliance to new heights.
