Four persons have been arrested for their involvement selling of Ganja on Monday. An East Guwahati Police District Team from Jorabat Outpost under Basisth Police Station has raided a premise on Ganja peddling and has arrested two individuals from whose possession the police has recovered arpound 7.7 kg of Ganja. The name of the alleged are Milanti Deuri and badel Bodo of 8 mile area.
On the other hand a team of Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Central Guwahati Police District and Chandmari Police station has conducted an operation on illegal business of Ganja, Heroin and arrested two named Majibur Rahman and Sahid Ali. 5 vials of heroin, two syringes and two mobile phones were recovered from their possession.
