Due to dreadful heatwave conditions, different state governments have started announcing the dates of summer vacations for school as well as for colleges. As schools reopened in 2022 after two years of disruption due to Covid-19, a severe heatwave has added to the problem. With the hindrance in learning due to the pandemic, the summer holidays this year have been cut back to make up for a lost time.
To this end, state governments have also announced to complete final examinations for the 2021-22 academic year by May end. Many states, from West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh to Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, have announced their dates for summer vacations in 2022. Here’s the latest list from across states.
