While playing the ruthless gangster in ‘Vikram Vedha,’ Hrithik Roshan demonstrated his fighting prowess on the streets of Lucknow. He has now chosen the skies as a much more ambitious setting for displaying his acting abilities. Fighter, an airborne action thriller, will begin filming more than a year after it was first announced.

According to sources, the film’s director, Siddharth Anand, will begin production on the film in Assam on November 18. “Hrithik has a flight to Assam scheduled for today. The director has planned a 10-day itinerary through the state of the northeast. Co-stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor will meet the leading man at the air force station that has been selected as the location of the film, according to a source.

“Fighter,” Roshan’s debut film with Kapoor and Padukone, celebrates their collaboration. Although sources claim that the elder actor will play Roshan’s mentor, the two leads will be depicted as Indian Air Force pilots. It is common knowledge that the leading man meticulously plans his films. Nobody is immune to Fighter.

The first schedule is preceded by Roshan’s three-month programme to build a slim physique for the actioner. “The actor started his physical preparation in August, and he now has a lithe body,”  the source adds. He had set November 9 as his deadline with trainer Kris Gethin, and he met his fitness goal well ahead of schedule.

The individual will not begin working on the film again until 2023, despite the fact that the initial schedule will be completed by the end of November. Pathaan is the primary cause.

In addition, Shah Rukh Khan will return to the big screen after nearly four years in the director’s passion project, which he will devote the months of December and January 2023 to. Anand will not return to the Roshan-starrer until after the spy thriller opens on January 25.

Anand previously collaborated with Padukone on Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008) and the upcoming Pathaan, as well as with Roshan on Bang Bang (2014) and War (2019), both of which were commercial successes.
