Guwahati, 16th June: After Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic demise, his family has been struck by another blow with his ailing sister-in-law Sudha Devi passing away in Bihar’s Purnia on Monday evening as “she could not bear the loss of the actor”.
On Monday, Sudha Devi, the wife of Rajput’s cousin couldn’t bear the loss and breathed her last in Purnea district of Bihar while the actor’s last rites were being performed in Mumbai. She was suffering from liver cancer.
According to the sources Sudha had reportedly stopped eating when she was informed about Rajput’s death by suicide. The actor’s last rites were held at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Vile Parle on Monday amid heavy downpour.
His entire family is in shock after Sushant’s departure. Several of Rajput’s friends and colleagues from Bollywood and the TV industry were also present at the funeral.
