Cheese Sandwich: Take two slices of bread, put a big slice of ‘Amul’ cheese in between, please prefer ‘Amul’ as we should support ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’. Put some butter in a pan and grill the sandwich for a minute on each side, let the cheese melt and devour this amazing cheesy sandwich.

Mac n Cheese: Take a cup of macaroni and boil it with a cup of milk, once the macaroni becomes is fully cooked, add half cup of any cheese (normal cheese, mozzarella, cheddar) and add two spoons of butter and stir it properly. Then according to test add salt and pepper and add your favourite seasonings. And it’s ready to serve!

Chowmein Pakoda: Take a cup of boiled chowmien and mix it with two table spoon of gram flour (besan), one table spoon of refined flour (maida), one table spoon of corn flour , add your favourite vegetables which is finely chopped like carrots, capsicum, onions, tomato, green chillies and add coriander leaves. Crack one egg with the mixture and mix it properly and make pakoda shaped balls and put it into medium hot oil and fry in until golden brown. Serve hot with mint chutney or different sauces.

Bread egg chop: Take some slices of bread (preferably larger in size) and slightly moisturize the bread with water. Boil some potatoes and eggs and smash the potatoes by adding salt, cumin (jeera) powder, roasted coriander (dhania) powder, pinch of black salt and mix it well with the potatoes. Take the moist slice of bread and put the smashed potatoes and egg and roll the bread into oval shaped balls. Fry the balls in hot oil and serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or mint chutney.

Bhelmuri: Take some puffed rice and add thinly sliced boiled potatoes. Put finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander and mix it well by adding a tablespoon of mustard oil, a pinch of black salt, cumin (zeera powder), red chilli powder, coriander (dhania) powder. Dry roast some peanuts and mix it well with the mixture and serve it fresh with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
