A cloud of tension floats in the skies of Assam due to the outbreak of Covid19. This tension seems to be rising day by day due to the newfound Covid19 variant known as Omicron. Amidst this unrest on Wednesday, at 19 people including 12 students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Titabor, Jorhat has tested positive for Covid19.
As per sources, this report came out during a check-up by the Health Department where 19 individuals, both students, and school staff were found positive for the virus.
After the students and the staff have been sent for home isolation, the school has been sanitized.
