The screening center in the Barjhar airport detects increasing Covid positive cases day by day. The fact that most of the air passengers have been tested positive is now worrying the Health Department and the people of the state. The Health Department at the airport reported 18 positive incidents by Monday night. Similarly, the covid situation in the state has alarming surfacing every day. On Tuesday, 29 more cases were reported at Barjhar airport. Assam reported 475 positive cases and 190 positive cases were reported in the Kamrup city district.
Fortunately, the presence of Omicron in Assam is yet to be detected. But people are getting worried about the frequent appearance of covid positive patients day by day. Now, the question for the public is, how many more lockdowns will the general mass endure year after year?
