The result of Presidential election 2022 is about to be out soon. The BJP-led NDA’s Presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu leads the first round of voting with 540 votes while Opposition’s Yashwant Sinha secured 208 votes in the first round of counting.
Droupadi Murmu has secured 540 votes with a value of 3,78,000 & Yashwant Sinha has secured 208 votes with a value of 1,45,600. A total of 15 votes were invalid. The counting is started at around 1:30 pm at the Parliament.
Darupadi Murmu is going to be the first tribal person to become President of India. She is also going to be the second woman President.
