The year 2022 may be a happy new year for Central Government employees. The minimum pay of central government employees may increase. According to sources, the minimum basic pay (Minimum Wages) of central employees could be Rs 26,000 from Rs 18,000.
According to the data, the Fitment Factor of Central and State Government employees may increase. More importantly, Fitment Factor is used to increase the pay of central employees. If the Modi government increases the Fitment Factor, the minimum basic pay of employees could go up to 26,000.
