Another operation took place at Sialmari where a five-member gang was busted in a raid led by Additional SP at the House of Parbin Sultana at Lakhi Nagar Chariali, Nagaon.

Ten- member gang with 6 ladies and 4 males have been caught. Some objectionable items and cash has been seized from the spot.

Nagaon police are also investigating the angle of trafficking girls from Assam to another state.
