On the occasion of the 6th Foundation Day of All Assam Law Students Association(AALSA), various district committees of AALSA have celebrated the day with different events.
All Kamrup District Law Students Association have started the auspicious day with a flag hoisting ceremony.
Later, the members of the association went to an Orphanage home located at Lankeshwar, Guwahati. The members distributed food items as well as study materials and toys among the children.
In the second half of the day, there was an inauguration programme. Advocate Dilip Saikia inaugurated an E-magazine (INGENIUM) of AALSA.
At the end of the day, President of AALSA Kishore Kalita gave a speech expressing his gratitude to each and every member of the Association.
He also requested everyone to create a ‘clean and protective’ society.
AALSA General Secretary Anurag Gogoi, Chief Organizing Secretary Aurobindo Baroi, AALSA Advisors Nazrul Khan and Pranab Roy, and other members were present at the event.
