Congress party on Wednesday late night announced its list of 26 candidates for the second phase of the Assam Legislative Assembly elections.
The list of candidates for the second phase are:

• Barkhola- Misbahul Islam Laskar
• Katigora- Khalil Uddin Majumdar
• Haflong (ST)- Nirmal Langthasa
• Howraght (ST)- Sanjeeb Teron
• Baithalangsho (ST)- Augustine Enghee
• Kamalpur- Kishor Kr. Bhattacharya
• Nalbari- Pradyut Kumar Bhuyan

Earlier on Saturday, the party released its list of 40 candidates for the first phase of Assam Assembly elections.

The assembly polls in the state will be held in 3 phases beginning March 27.
