Assam Government exempts NRL officials from inter-district restrictions

Assam Government has exempted inter-district movement for Numaligarh Refinery Limited officials. The order of exemption in the inter-district movement was given by the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) on Tuesday.

The official order states that “Exemption is hereby granted to the officials of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) who are directly related to the project execution works from the restriction regarding inter district movement issued vide ASDMA dated July 19, 2021. Such project-related officials will be issued identity card/certificate by NRL authorities to the effect that they are involved in project execution work only.
