The party workers of Assam Aam Aadmi Party staged a protest against price hike in the state.
The protestors organized a protest rally from Ganeshguri in Guwahati to the capital Dispur.
They shouted slogans against the Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and the Food Minister Phani Bhushan Chowdhury.
The protestors demanded the government to take immediate steps to control the skyrocketing price of food items. They also presented a memorandum to Chief Minister Sonowal.
