Under the Abhinandan Education Loan scheme, 4507 students will get loans,Assam Finance Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma stated.
Sarma made the statement during the ceremonial distribution of formal sanction letters to beneficiaries whose education loan subsidy applications have been approved.
Students will get money in their loan account directly on Saturday after 2 p.m to Sunday 4 p.m.Applicants will get SMS alert of the deposited money.
The students can coordinate with the Abhinandan portal directly or they can mail in their official mail id, financeifdepartmen@gmail.com, or finance if department@gmail.com.
They will get maximum rupees of 50,000. A total of 22 crore will provide by the State Finance Department.
