The Maghai-Mohan Krishti Bikash award ceremony for the year 2020 was organized at the 33rd Guwahati Book Fair.
These awards are given in the memory of two renowned people, Social Reformer Bhagwan Chandra Majumdar and Natya Samrat Chandra Choudhury.
Renowned singer Sudakshina Sarma was conferred with the Social Reformer Bhagwan Chandra Majumdar Memorial Award and renowned dancer Hembaruah has been conferred with the Natya Samrat Chandra Choudhury Memorial award.

The awards were given away by Chief Associate Editor of Axomia Protidin Achyut Kumar Patowary and renowned flute player Prabhat Sarma.
