Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal submitted his resignation to Governor Jagdish Mukhi at Raj Bhawan in Guwahati on Sunday.
The next Chief Minister of Assam will be decided today at the legislature party meeting at the Assam Assembly campus.
