The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council(AHSEC) has postponed the exams of HS 1st year scheduled to begin from May 4, the examination has been postponed to an indefinite period due to the rise in the COVID-19 cases. New dates to be announced once the situation becomes normal, AHSEC said.
On the other hand, a decision regarding HS final year will be taken on May 3 or 4. The AHSEC will meet to discuss whether the exams will be held as scheduled or will be postponed
