Based on particular inputs on October 21, the DSP (HQ) Diphu, Nahid Karisma launched an operation and recovered sixteen (16) number of tiger teeth at Birla under Diphu Police Station.
Nahid Karisma was assisted by the OC of Manja Police Station and staff. They were successful in arresting four people involved in the smuggling of animal parts.
The police have also started a probe into the case.
