The third and final round of polling is underway. As per recent reports, the poll percentage at Kamrup Metropolitan Election District till 1 PM is 46.75 percent. The poll percentage at the four constituencies of the Kamrup (M) district stands at:
- Jalukbari – 51 percent
- Dispur – 45 percent
- Guwahati (East) – 42 percent
- Guwahati (West) – 49 percent
A total of 103605 voters have cast their votes at Jalukbari till 1 pm. Meanwhile, 186822 voters have cast their votes at Dispur, 100122 voters at East Guwahati and 144248 at West Guwahati.
Polling is underway in 40 constituencies during the third and final phase of the Assam Assembly Polls which began at 7 AM and is currently underway.
