Education Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma once again hit back at Maulana Badruddin Ajmal, the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) supremo after the latter stated that the government led by Congress-AIUDF alliance would reopen Madrasas after they form government in Assam.
Earlier, the AIUDF leader stated that their alliance government will reopen all the Madrasas and will provide ST status to six communities in its first cabinet.
The Finance Minister talking to media person stated that Ajmal’s dream would never be fulfilled along with the latter’s dream to provide ST status to six communities of Assam.
“Ajmal can form his first dream cabinet in Bangladesh and Pakistan, it will never be in Dispur. As long as we are alive, as long as Assamese people are alive, his dream will never come true. However, he forms the cabinet in Pakistan or Bangladesh, then we have no control over it. Ajmal doesn’t have the courage and daring to fulfill his dreams in Assam.”
Retaliating to Congress leader Jitendra Singh’s comment on Sherman Ali as an agent of the BJP government, the Health Minister stated, “why don’t they simply expel Sherman Ali from Congress if he is an agent of BJP. If they are not doing so, then it means that they are trying to put a negative impact about us among the people of Assam.”
