With prices of essential commodities skyrocketing, hitting the pockets of the commoner in maintaining their daily budget, the price of domestic cooking gas has been hiked by Rs 50 since Wednesday morning. The country’s oil companies recently revealed that the price of a 14.2 kg cylinder without subsidy had been increased by Rs 50.
As a result, the price of each cylinder in Delhi has shot up from Rs 1003 to Rs 1053. Similarly, the price of every non-subsidised domestic cylinder in Guwahati increased to Rs 1102. Cylinder prices have increased to Rs 1079 in Kolkata, Rs 1052 in Mumbai and Rs 1068 in Chennai
