As usual, the city-based hospital; Marwari Hospital celebrated New Year Day of 2021 with a unique concept. The title of the theme was ‘Women Empowerment’. A poster making competition was also organized on the particular theme among the staff of Marwari Hospitals. Three best concepts or posters were selected for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position holders, and the same was displayed in the prominent location of the hospital premises.
The idea behind this concept was to create awareness among the workers in the workplace and also to enhance the knowledge about ‘Women Empowerment’ at workplace to all the staff of Marwari Hospitals. The staff of all the departments actively participated in the competition on the occasion of New Year’s Day.
Besides the competition, there was also a cleanliness drive by the staff in the hospital as a usual routine to clean their own departments on the first day of New Year. All the departments of the hospital very actively participated in the cleanliness drive to keep their work area clean and hygienic. Moreover, the departments have also decorated their respective departments with a theme and concept to showcase for the New Year’s day celebration. Also, a cake cutting ceremony was also done in the Central Reception to celebrate New Year Day.
Regarding this cleanliness drive, the management of Marwari Hospitals said, “It was active participation from all the staff and we are very much pleased with the efforts of the staff. This kind of cleanliness drive is very much necessary to keep the environment and workplace clean and healthy.”
The management of Marwari Hospitals also greeted all the employees, doctors, nurses, and paramedics, all clinical and non-clinical staff of Marwari Hospitals on the occasion of New Year Day.
