Schools and colleges in Assam reopen from the first day of January 2021 after a gap of about nine months.

Earlier the Assam government has decided to open all the educational institutes of the state from January 1, 2021. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the few COVID-19 positive cases and the improving scenarios of COVID infection in Assam.
