CRPF Jawan from Dudhnoi, Assam was martyred on Saturday in an encounter with Maoists in Chhattisgarh in the Bastar region.
The martyred jawan from Assam was identified as Bablu Rabha. He was a member of the elite unit Commando Battalion for Resolute Action (CoBRA).
Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal also expressed his grief about the incident.

As per recent reports, atleast 20 jawans were martyred and many were reported missing after the Maoist attack.
