Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday morning visited abducted ONGC employee Ritul Saikia’s house at Titabor, Jorhat.
The state CM met with the family members of the abducted ONGC employee. He assured the family that Assam Government is trying its best to rescue Ritul Saikia at the earliest.

Earlier on May 13, CM Himanta Biswa Sarma met the wife of Ritul Saikia and brother at Majuli circuit house in presence of Titabor MLA Bhaskarjyoti Barua.

The other two ONGC employees abducted by the militants were rescued by the security forces following a gunfight in Nagaland, bordering Myanmar.
