Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma received a gift on the occasion of Uruka. Representatives of a fish traders’ body of Uzan Bazar gifted 10kg of Sheetal Fish to Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma today. The Chief Minister expressed happiness over the fish given by the Fishers Association of Uzan Bazar. Chief Minister Dr. Sarma via Twitter thanked the entire association for such a lovely gesture towards him. Moreover, he added that “Magh Bihu is the strongest expression of the dynamic cultural entity and sense of life of the nation”. Hopefully, this Bihu will make everyone’s life prosperous with enjoyment.
