Indian National Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi canceled her visit to Assam on Friday as the family members in her in-laws have tested positive for COVID-19.
The Congress Leader was supposed to participate in three election rallies at Goalpara East, Golakganj, and Sarukhetri.
The Congress leader is now in home quarantine after her family members have been detected with the virus.

It has been speculated that Priyanka Gandhi’s husband Robert Vadra was tested Covid-19 positive.
However, the Congress leader’s Covid-19 test came negative but decided to self-quarantine after consulting doctors.
