After getting banned from many social media platforms Twitter and Facebook, former US President Donald Trump and Melania Trump on Monday announced the official launch of “the official website of the 45th President of the United States”.
The former US President was banned following the deadly insurrection at the US Capitol on January 6 this year.

The website 45office.com is meant to allow supporters to request their participation in events, submit letters and also ask for personalized greetings.
According to a brief statement from Trump’s office, the former US President is “continually strengthened by the enduring spirit of the American people”. He also looks forward to staying in touch with the people.

The website contains a page reminiscing Donald Trump’s time in the White House. The website also has a page where supporters can submit comments to the former US President.
“The Office of Donald J. Trump is committed to preserving the magnificent legacy of the Trump Administration, while at the same time advancing the America First agenda. Through civic engagement and public activism, the Office of Donald J. Trump will strive to inform, educate, and inspire Americans from all walks of life as we seek to build a truly great American Future. Through this office, President Trump will remain a tireless champion for the hardworking men and women of our great country – and for their right to live in safety, dignity, prosperity, and peace.” reads a message on Donald Trump’s official website homepage.

Trump established his official post-presidency office in Florida earlier this year. However, he is silent about future plans amid swirling speculation that he may run for office again in 2024.
