A fire broke out in the Kunwari Pukhuri area of the Jorhat district this morning. The fire broke out in a pipe that was leaking crude oil from Borholla GGS to Jorhat. The fire enveloped the entire area with black smoke. Panic erupted in the Kunwari Pukhuri area after the fire incident. Police from Jorhat and Lichubari have already reached the spot and ONGC authorities have also reportedly reached the spot.
