For the first time in the history of Assam, Woman Finance Minister Ajanta Neog will table the annual Budget for fiscal 2021-22 in the State Assembly on Friday.
This is for the first State Budget under the new BJP-led coalition government at Dispur under Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
The budget will be tabled at 3 pm today by the Finance Minister.
The Budget Session of the Assam Legislative Assembly will continue till August 13 with 15 working days. Every citizen of the State is eagerly waiting for the budget with high hope and expectations.
