On the eve of National Doctor’s day on July 1, the Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH), PanBazar organized a contemporary initiative to raise Covid vaccine among the public.
The MMCH has been organizing vaccination drives among the disadvantaged section of the society.
On the eve of the National Doctor’s day, the hospital organized a Covid vaccination drive among the specially abled section of the society.
Speaking to media, Anurag Goyel, Health Department Principal Secretary informed that the hospital is aiming to vaccinate all the specially abled section of the society.
Till now, a total of 700 such people have been identified. The vaccination drive by MMCH aims to cover all the parts of Kamrup district.
Principal Secretary Goyel is hopeful that the project will be able to identify and vaccinate more people from the specially abled section of the society.
He further informed that all the family members will also get vaccinated.
