Tension created among Indians after the news of Russia-Ukraine conflict came up. Around 20,000 students are studying in Ukraine. Amid the rising tension of cold-war between Russia and Ukraine the Bundi’s Congress leader Charmesh Sharma who assists Indians in distress abroad has petitioned to the president of India Ramnath Kovind to direct the government to bring the students back. In view of the current situation in Ukraine, The Indian Embassy bin Kyiv in Ukraine has advised all the Indian students mainly those whose stay is not required to return India and requested others to keep in touch with the Embassy.
It is remembered that the United States warned on Sunday that Russia could invade Ukraine any time. Due to an increase of unusual activity among Russian military near Belarus, the border of Ukraine, the United States warned so.
A great deal of tension built up after Russia has mobilised a massive combat force equipped with tanks, artillery, rockets etc. near to its border Ukraine. The United States as well as India has urged their citizens to immediately leave Belarus.
