Shooters Divyansh Singh Panwar and Elavenil Valarivan on Monday claimed the gold medal in the 10m mixed air rifle event of the ISSF World Cup.

The India duo emerged on the top of the podium edging past Hungarian World No. 1 Istvan Peni and Eszter Denes.
This is India’s fourth gold medal at the ongoing World Cup.

The Indian shooters had more or less sealed the issue in their favor with a 10.8 apiece in the penultimate attempt, even as their opponents managed 10.4 each.
US shooters, Mary Carolynn Tucker and Lucas Kozeniesky bagged the bronze medal ahead of Poland’s Aneta Stankiewicz and Tomasz Bartnik.

Shooter Divyansh earlier won an individual bronze in the men’s 10m air rifle on Saturday.
This was his second medal in the tournament. However, Elavenil missed out on the final in her individual event.
