Sivasagar MLA and peasant leader Akhil Gogoi might get arrested again.
The KMSS leader might get arrested in relation to a charge sheet filed against him in Chandmari Police Station.
The first opportunity to be heard is organized on Wednesday at the Gauhati High Court on the written record against the legislator at the Chandmari Police Station on the decision of which he was discharged from Jail.
NIA court declared that the statement made against the MLA does not have any proof.
MLA Gogoi had told the media about his chances of getting arrested, earlier on the 3rd Assembly meeting today.
Gogoi further claimed that this has been planned by the BJP party, mostly by state Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Union Home Minister Amit Shah once again.
