A proud moment for Assam as Assam Photographer Anupam Nath has brought a good news to the whole nation. The photograph taken by Anupam nath on Covid-19 made him nominated as the finalist for the prestigious Pictures of the Year Asia.
A picture of a suffered man wearing the PPE kit was shown where there was a cremating ceremony that has been done in the background. The picture gained the global attention securing its nomination as the finalist for the prestigious picture of all over the Asia.
Anupam Nath is an international photojournalist from Assam. Nath’s photo had been selected for the Time Magazine among the top 100 photos of 2017. Nath is currently working as a photoghrapher at Associated Press.
