Fuel Price Hike : Up By 10 Rs In Two Weeks

The price of fuel has been hiked by 0.80 Rs. everyday. Petrol will now cost 104.61 Rs per litre and diesel will cost 95.87 Rs per litre in New Delhi. A day before the cost of petrol was 103.81 and the cost of diesel was 95.07 Rs per litre.

Different organization as well as political party have been continuing their protest against the government regarding this matter. Yesterday Rahul Gandhi was seen offering garland to cylinders and bikes showing his protest.

On the other hand the Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned amid protest. In the Lok Sabha opposition members including Congress, Trinamool Congress and Shiv Sena staged a walkout protest against the fuel price hike.

The price of fuel in Assam hiked up to 104.77 today while in Mumbai it rose to 119.67 Rs per litre. On the other hand the price of diesel hiked up to 103.92 in Mumbai, in Guwahati 90.56 and 95.87 Rs. per litre in the capital city.
