New Delhi: National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday will file a 5000-page charge sheet in the Pulwama attack case in an NIA special court in Jammu.
Pulwama attack witnessed the supreme sacrifice of 40 CRPF personnel following an IED blast on February 14 last year.
The charge sheet contains all minute details about the terror attack, right from the hatching of conspiracy to quantity and type of explosive material used. It also mentions the identity of the mastermind and other terrorists involved in carrying out this brutal and dastardly act.
It also mentions all digital and scientific evidence of money transactions made by Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists to carry out this brutal strike.
The charge sheet further adds that the RDX used for car bombing was procured from Pakistan.
In July this year, the NIA informed that it has arrested the seventh accused and ‘terror associate’ Bilal Ahmed Kuchey.
According to the agency, Kuchey a resident of Hajibal, Kakapora, Jammu, and Kashmir, runs a sawmill at his place and harbored and extended logistic support to the Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) terrorists involved in the Pulwama attack.
The main perpetrators in the case stayed in his house and Kuchey further introduced them to other over ground workers (OGWs) who provided safe houses during their stay and planning of the attack.
