The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that isolated heavy rainfall with moderate thunderstorms and lightning is likely to hit the northeastern states over the next two days starting from Saturday.
Isolated heavy rainfall with moderate thunderstorm & lightning is very likely to occur over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura during the next two days, the weather agency added.
In addition, IMD has predicted isolated very heavy rain likely over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura on October 31, 2020.
