In an attempt to keep the COVID-19 spread in check, the High-Powered Committee (HPC) of Nagaland has announced has an extension of the lockdown in the state for another seven days till June 18.
The lockdown in Nagaland was earlier extended till June 11.
“The High Power Committee after thorough discussion with all the District Task Forces has decided to extend the lockdown till June 18 with further relaxations. Respective DTFs will issue necessary orders for relaxations as per the situation in the districts,” Nagaland government spokesperson Mmhonlumo Kikon tweeted.
