Another incident of shot done on Morigaon rape and murder case accused Syed Ali alias Patha was shot when tried to escape from police custody on Friday morning.
As per the police report, accused Syed Ali was taken for reconstruction of the scene of the crime when he made an attempt to run away.
Police also informed that he was injured with bullet injury in the knee and later taken to a hospital for treatment. Our team had to use lawful minimum force to prevent escape.

However, Assam Police on Saturday night arrested the accused in the horrific rape and murder case of the 9-year-old girl at Balidonga in Laharighat under Morigaon district.
The horrific incident was, the 9-year-old girl was brutally raped and killed by Syed Ali alias Patha. Later, the body of the child was recovered from the middle of the paddy field at Balidonga.
